Las Mercedes Business Park occupies a four-hectare site with 200 meters of frontage onto the Barcelona Freeway and a surface area of over 75,000 m² designated for business services, spread across 9 buildings.
The building providing access to the Park is home to some common services such as the Park management and resident services office, reception (with trilingual secretarial services), checkpoint, gym and visitor parking.
The 9 buildings are arranged around a large garden area with courtyards and fountains, housing the retail and catering services, such as the executive restaurant, a buffet that can cater for up to 2,400 guests, two indoor cafes with outdoor terraces, a convenience store, ATM, dry cleaning and WI-FI area.
Buildings 1 to 8 have a high-ceiling entrance lobby, with a reception desk and waiting area. The office floors are arranged around a central area with stairs, lifts, cleaning room and toilets.
Supplies are delivered to each of the buildings through an underground distribution ring connecting the buildings without interfering with pedestrian or road traffic for other users of the complex.
The car parks are located in basements 1 and 2 with parking spaces for 1,652 vehicles. Each parking area is independent and has its own entrance and exit to/from each building, except two areas that share the entrance and exit ramp.
Las Mercedes Business Park boasts an excellent location in the east of Madrid, just off the A-2 motorway, at exit no. 11.
This area has benefited from a thorough modernization over the last decade, resulting in it becoming one of the most important and sought-after decentralised business districts in Greater Madrid. Recent infrastructure improvements, along with additional leisure, commercial and residential facilities, have contributed to this.
The area also has benefited from the extension of Barajas Airport and the Campo de las Naciones Trade Fair Centre.
